Today, Tomorrow, Together.
The challenges our neighbors are facing are real.
Hunger, fear, isolation and hopelessness are consuming many of our friends in North Raleigh. In their desperation, they’re turning to North Raleigh Ministries. And we’re turning to you.
Thanks to our generous community, North Raleigh Ministries is able to meet them where they are with Open Arms and Open Doors. And we’re able to address the whole person by focusing on three core functions: Nourishment (meeting their needs through our food pantry), Encouragement (providing support through case management and pastoral care) and Empowerment (helping them move towards spiritual, mental and financial health through our Journey program).
Thank you for your part in this work. Invest in NRM to ensure our doors remain open to offer comfort and hope to our neighbors in need!

Your Impact at Work: Kendra’s* story
Kendra was already struggling to make ends meet, but the added stress from depression was beyond what she could handle. It’s impossible to focus on the future when you’re just wondering how you’re going to pay your bills and put food on the table. When she began her one-on-one sessions with a case manager from NRM, she immediately felt less alone. Over time, and with the support and guidance of our team, Kendra was able to move from a place of worry and fear to one of stability and hope.
“The one-on-one sessions brought me back to a place of focus and empowerment. My case managers were there for me when I felt no one else was. Because of the encouragement and guidance I received, I was able to move beyond my crippling circumstances and into a place of stability.”
